Urban Sheep Return Policy

At Urban Sheep, all products are custom-made and created specifically for each customer. Each item is personalized to meet your unique preferences, making it one of a kind.

Returns & Exchanges

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items since they are produced exclusively for you.

• Exceptions: We will consider an exchange or return only if the item:

• Arrives damaged;

• Has a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at urban.sheep.ca@gmail.com with photos of the issue and a detailed description.

Shipping Costs

• All return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., manufacturing defect or damage during production).

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

According to Canadian and U.S. consumer protection laws:

• Businesses are not required to accept returns for custom-made items unless they are defective or damaged.

• Consumer protection laws vary by province (Canada) and state (USA), but there is no legal obligation to provide refunds for personalized products without a valid issue.
