Production Time

That’s why production takes approximately 3 to 5 business days, depending on the product you choose.
For example:
• Regular items usually take closer to 3 days.
• Vintage and handcrafted pieces may require up to 5 days, as each piece goes through an additional hand-finishing process.
We appreciate your understanding and patience — these extra steps are what make your item truly one-of-a-kind.
Delivery Options
Once your item is ready, we offer two shipping methods to get it to you:
1. Express Delivery – 5 to 7 business days
2. Standard Delivery – 9 to 14 business days

Why don’t we offer returns or exchanges if the size or color isn’t right?
Because each piece is made specifically for you — we don’t mass-produce or carry ready-made items.

By producing only what’s needed, we minimize waste and stay true to our eco-conscious values.
Of course, returns and exchanges are always possible in the case of manufacturing defects.
